The Budget Board of LeFlore County. State of Oklahoma, met in a Special Business Meeting on December 12, 2022, at 8:30 a.m. with the following board members present: Chairman Craig Olive presiding and Derwin Gist Vice-Chair, Member Cody Covey, County Clerk Kelli Ford, County Treasurer April Caughern, County Sheriff Rodney Derryberry, Court Clerk Mindy White and County Assessor Gaylon E. Freeman.
The following action was taken by the board:
1) Chairman Craig Olive called meeting to order.
2) Motion was made by Derwin Gist and seconded by April Caughern to approve minutes from the previous meeting held December 1, 2022. Motion was approved, all voting yes.
3) Motion was made by Craig Olive and seconded by Derwin Gist to approve appropriations as presented and are on file in the office of the County Clerk. Motion was approved, all voting yes.
4) Motion was made by Craig Olive and seconded by Derwin Gist to approve transfer of funds in the amount of $115.83 as submitted by the Court Clerk regarding error correction from County Reward Fund to County General Fund. Motion was approved, all voting yes.
Motion was made by Gaylon E. Freeman and seconded by Rodney Derryberry to adjourn. Motion was approved, all present voting yes.
