The Budget Board of LeFlore County, State of Oklahoma, met in a Special Business Meeting on April 10, 2023, at 8:30 a.m. with the following board members present: Chairman Cody Covey presiding and Jamie Oliver Vice-Chair, Member Vallard Campbell, County Clerk Kelli Ford, County Treasurer April Caughern, Court Clerk Mindy White, County Assessor Deana Morrison and County Sheriff Rodney Derryberry.
The following action was taken by the board:
1) Chairman Cody Covey called meeting to order.
2) Motion was made by Jamie Oliver and seconded by Cody Covey to approve minutes from the previous meetings held April 3, 2023. Motion was approved, all voting yes.
3) Motion was made by Cody Covey and seconded by Vallard Campbell to approve appropriations as presented and are on file in the office of the County Clerk. Motion was approved, all voting yes.
4) Motion was made by Cody Covey and seconded by Jamie Oliver to approve transfer of funds in the amount of $50,000 as submitted by Mental Health to Drug Court Maintenance and Operations to cover expenses through the end of the fiscal year and keep the account in good standing. Motion was approved, all voting yes.
Motion was made by Deana Morrison and seconded by Mindy White to adjourn. Motion was approved, all present voting yes
