The Budget Board of LeFlore County, State of Oklahoma, met in a Special Business Meeting on July 10, 2023 at 8:30 a.m. with the following board members present: Chairman Jamie Oliver presiding and Vice-Chair Vallard Campbell, Member Cody Covey, County Clerk Kelli Ford, Court Clerk Mindy White, County Assessor Deana Morrison, County Treasurer April Caughern and County Sheriff Rodney Derryberry. The following action was taken by the board:
(1.) Chairman Jamie Oliver called meeting to order.
(2.) Motion was made by Deana Morrison and seconded by April Caughern to approve minutes from the previous meeting held July 3, 2023. Motion was approved, all voting yes.
(3.) Motion was made by April Caughern and seconded by Rodney Derryberry to approve appropriations as presented and are on file in the office of the County Clerk. Motion was approved, all voting yes.
(4.) Motion was made by Kelli Ford and seconded by Jamie Oliver to approve transfer of funds from Resale-2 account to County General (R-9) account in the amount of $133,333.32 regarding surplus funds from Treasurers Resale Financial Statement to be apportioned to County General per SOP #17. Motion was approved, all voting yes.
(5.) Motion was made by April Caughern and seconded by Deana Morrison to approve the 2023/2024 Adopted Budget for LeFlore County. Motion was approved, all voting yes.
Motion was made by Mindy White and seconded by April Caughern to adjourn. Motion was approved all present voting yes.
