Carl Albert State College’s Native American Serving Nontribal Institution (NASNTI) Grant held its second workforce seminar on November 2, 2021, in the Costner-Balentine Student Center Ballroom. Local business owners and employees in cybersecurity, digital marketing, graphic design, and video production shared their expertise with the President’s Leadership Class students.
The panelists took students on a journey through each industry and discussed the future workforce in cybersecurity and digital technology. “Each panelist shared their experience with students to inform them of local career opportunities in cybersecurity, digital technology, and graphic design,” said Micky Solomon, NASNTI Director. Solomon went on to say, “Students also received very heartfelt advice from each panelist to choose a career they are passionate about.”
