On Monday, June 3, Carl Albert State College held a groundbreaking and naming ceremony for its new Hoffman-Wilson Center on the Poteau campus.

The Hoffman-Wilson Center will be a dual-purpose safe room and event center. The center will be able to shelter up to 1,000 individuals in an emergency situation.

“We are thankful and humbled,” said CASC President Dr. Jay Falkner “for the continued support of the Hoffman and Wilson families, and of our Development Foundation.”
