The Carl Albert State College faculty welcomed Dr. Kathleen Turner to the Poteau campus on August 8 for a workshop on brain-based learning strategies for the college environment.
A former Fulbright Scholar, Dr. Taylor is co-author of the books Facilitating Learning with the Adult Brain in Mindand Developing Adult Learners: Strategies for Teachers and Trainers.
The faculty at CASC welcomed Dr. Taylor’s expertise in the areas of adult development and learning, learning and transformation, creativity, and “brain-aware” facilitation of adult learning.
