We have continued to install tinhorns around the county. The rain slowed down some of the other projects we had planned. They are still working on the bridge project on Gap Creek Road on Bud French Road.
We are continuing the push-out fence rows parallel to the county roads. If you would like us to look at fence rows to have them considered to have them added to the list to have them pushed out please call the office so we can look at them. The list is long but we are working our way through it.
The Leflore County Historical Society’s Fantasy Forest Christmas Tree Voting has begun at the museum. District 2 has a tree in the race so make sure you get out and go give the trees a look. Voting continues until Christmas Eve.
As Christmas approaches remember the tree and the presents are nice but they fade quickly, the real gift this season our Lord and Savior Jesus is a gift that gives all year long. Make sure you take time with your family this week.
