(FORT SMITH/FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS) October 19, 2021 – Andrew Disper has been named General Sales Manager of KHBS/KHOG-TV, The Arkansas CW and MeTV Arkansas, the Hearst Television Inc. ABC, CW and MeTV affiliates serving the Fort Smith and Fayetteville, Arkansas television market.

“Andrew displays the right mix of leadership, sales team development and client engagement which will serve our stations and clients well for years to come,” said KHBS/KHOG President and General Manager, Bruce Barkley.

Disper has been the National Sales Manager at Hearst Television and KHBS/KHOG’s sister station, WYFF 4 in Greenville, SC since 2017. During his tenure at WYFF 4, he contributed to two Hearst Tower Award winning years and was a graduate of the Hearst Leadership Development Program. Disper began his career with Hearst as an Account Executive at KMBC & KCWE in Kansas City, MO where he was a two-time Hearst Eagle Award winner.

Disper received his bachelor’s degree in journalism from Southern Illinois University Carbondale. On any given weekend you can find Andrew and his wife Katie camping, hiking, or mountain biking. They are excited to live closer to their midwestern roots and take advantage of the incredible outdoor activities Northwest Arkansas has to offer.

Disper will begin leading the 40/29, Arkansas CW and MeTV Arkansas sales team beginning the first week of November.
