Did you know you can cook on a budget without living off Ramen noodles and peanut butter? This is your opportunity to enjoy a fun, hands-on evening in our state-of-the-art culinary facility. Learn great tips and recipes that will help you save money at the grocery store, as well as time in the kitchen. Google Buffet – Your Guide to Free Google Tools/Docs/Apps

This course is designed to cover basic welding skills for home/farm use and hobby purposes. Students will receive basic instruction and participate in hands-on experiences using oxyfuel welding, cutting, and shielded metal arc welding and gas metal arc welding (MIG). Students will bring some small home projects to class to work on, with instructor approval.

 

Ladies Auto Clinic

This workshop is designed just for you ladies! You will experience an interactive and fun way to learn the basics about your own car, what maintenance you can be doing to prolong the life of your car, and what to do in an emergency. We provide a safe space for you to ask questions such as how can I tell if I need brakes? What do the letters on the side of my tire mean? What can I touch under the hood of my car? What should I not touch? Bring your own car so you’ll know just what to do! Classes start March 5, 2019 – Tuesday- Thursday 5:30PM-7:30PM Cost: $60.00

Restaurant Knock-offs-DIY Copy Cat Recipes

Finding something you really love at one of your favorite restaurants — awesome. Only being able to get it at that restaurant — not always so awesome, especially if the restaurant is in another city, state, or even country! But just because you can’t always get back to a particular restaurant for that something special doesn’t mean you can’t get your fix when you need it. Join instructor, Carolyn Patterson, as she leads you through the steps to re-create delicious fare including Bang-Bang Shrimp from Bonefish Grill, Olive Garden soups, and Alice Springs Chicken from Outback. You will be preparing…and eating…these amazing dishes, as well as leaving with a handful of new recipes in your culinary arsenal.
