Poteau, OKLAHOMA – Linda Holton, Chairman of the Scholarship Committee with the Hospital Auxiliary is pleased to announce their scholarship recipients.
Three scholarships of $2000 each ($1000 per semester) were awarded.
The auxiliary raises the money through the hospital giftshop as well as fund raiser throughout the year.
Criteria for the scholarship is each applicant must have 3. GPA or better, being entering into the medical field and have a relative that works at EOMC.

Christian Schiffner is a graduated of Heavener High School. She plans to attend Carl Albert State College, then on Northeastern State University and the Oklahoma University – She plans to major in Physical Therapy.

Bacey Hadley-Cloud is a graduate of Cameron High School she plans to Eastern Oklahoma State College and hopes to become a Registered Nurse.
Cassandra Disch and Linda Holton
Cassandra Disch the wife of Matt Disch and the mother of 5 children from ages to 2 to 8 years old. She is currently enrolled at Carl Albert State College and is employed as an ER Tech at EOMC. She plans to get her degree in Nursing from CASC, then get a BN and then become a Nurse Practioner.
