Fanshawe students recently participated in OEA’s 2021 Read Across America Poster Contest.
This contest asked students third grade through 12 to depict their favorite book. Grades Pre K through second were asked to participate in the 2021 “ Zoom Into A Good Book” coloring contest.
Fanshawe led the state in participants and had with the following winners:
Grades 3-5: Award of Excellence-$50.00 Taytumn Raines, “ Junie B. Jones, Party Animal”
Kindergarten-2nd: Award of Excellence $25.00 Kinley Raines,Award of Merit -$10.00 Maggie Branscum
Honorable Mention – Catherine Velazquez, Nicole Vasquez and Jasper Shipman
