According from a report from the Oklahoma Highway Patrol a fatality collision occurred October 15, 2021 at approximately 9:20 am on United States Highway 259 approximately 3 miles South and 2 miles East of Muse in LeFlore County.
According to the report, a 2014 Freightliner, driven by Darreck Foreman, 47, from Texas City, Texas was traveling Northbound on US 259, lost control on a curve and rolled one quarter time coming to rest on its side.
Foreman, was pronounced dead at the scene with head and trunk-internal injuries by the Medical Examiner who responded to the scene.
Foreman was transported by Dowden Roberts Funeral Home in Heavener, Oklahoma.
The accident was investigated by OHP and Leflore County Sheriff’s office.
