Fatality collision occurred on Thursday, August 11, 2022, at approximately 4:29 PM on Nubbin Ridge Road approximately 2 miles north of Panama, OK. in LeFlore County.
According to the OHP report, Chad Sinclair of Bokoshe was riding a 2012 Kawasaki motorcycle and struck a deer in the roadway.
He was pronounced deceased by EMS from his injuries.
OHP was assisted by LeFlore County Sheriff’s Dept., Panama Police Dept., Panama Fire Dept. and LeFlore County EMS.
