“I was truly shocked,” Gary said of hearing his name called. “I’ve heard my name called for $100, but I’ve never won this kind of money ever.”
Gary works in the oil and gas industry and has been playing at Choctaw for the past few years, visiting two-three times a week. He plans to use his winnings to pay off his remaining debt and purchase gifts for his kids.
“We’re thrilled we were able to change the lives of three Choctaw Rewards Club members for the second consecutive year,” said Britta Erickson, regional marketing director for Choctaw Casino & Resort – Pocola. “This is our final ‘Million Dollar Celebration’ winner of the summer, and we’re looking forward to continuing to elevate and expand guests’ opportunities to win.”
Becky B. from Red Oak, Okla. won the first drawing in June, followed by Alex S. from Fort Smith, Ark., in July.
