According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol a head on collision occurred on July 27, 2019 at approximately 10:15 pm on State Highway 112, approximately 1 mile east of Poteau, OK. in LeFlore County.
According to the report, a 2003 Ford F-150 driven by Hunter Post, 18, of Hackett, AR was north bound on State Highway 112 and went left of center and struck a 2003 Chevy Suburban driven by a Roberto Castillo, 26, of Heavener, OK.
Castillo was transported by Air E-Vac to Washington Regional Hospital in Fayetteville, AR, and was admitted in good condition.
A passenger, Emily Shannon, of Poteau was not injured.
Another passenger a six year old male of Poteau, was taken by McAlester Air Care to St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa where he was admitted in good condition with trunk and internal injuries.
