The Heavener Baseball Team served as the Official Chase Crew for Poteau Balloon Fest 2021.
More than 20 team members, coaches and parents came out to help the Balloon Pilots for the Thursday Nights Glow in four different locations around Poteau.
The team returned on Friday Morning to help with the MediFlights.
Poteau Chamber CEO and Balloon Fest organizer presented a check totaling $1,000 to the Team and Coach Bryan Cartwright.
The Poteau Balloon Fest had a record crowd for the 14th annual event of 17,000.
Next year Poteau’s Signature Festival will celebrate 15 years.
