According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, a Heavener woman was injured in a one vehicle accident that occurred on Jan 31, 2019, at 25947 Reichart Rd approximately 5 West of Hodgen, in LeFlore County.
According to the report, a 2001 Pontiac Firebird, driven by Stephanie Kirkes 34, from Heavener was eastbound on Reichart Rd when she departed the road to right, overcorrected, departed the road to the left and struck a tree.
Kirkes was transported by air ambulance to St John Hospital in Tulsa and was listed in stable condition with a head injury.
