According to an affidavit filed on August 23, 2019 at the LeFlore County Courthouse, Tommy Wayne Lowe, age 57, of Howe, Oklahoma, was charged with one count of Child Sexual Abuse.
According to the affidavit, on or between the 14th day of July, 2013 and the 1st day of September, 2013, by willfully/maliciously sexually abusing a minor who was 15 – 16 years old at the time, by touching her body in a lewd and lascivious manner…including sexual intercourse and he was a person responsible for her care.
This crime is punishable by imprisonment up to life, or by a fine not less than $500 nor more than $5,000 or both such fine and imprisonment.
