SE Oklahoma Thrives is participating in a statewide project designed to identify the needs of families with children born from 2019 through May 2023 in an effort to develop new or improve existing community resources and services. The project is known as Know and Grow Oklahoma: Building Resilient Children, Families & Communities. 

Below are survey QR links for Parents and Direct Childcare.  Please complete the survey if you work with children and share the survey with parents whose children were born from 2019 to May 2023.  Parents completing the survey will be entered into a drawing of one of two hundred $25 gift cards.  Providers will receive a data toolkit with survey results. For more information go to Know & Grow Oklahoma.
