Meet Bentley
Bentley was involved in a major vehicle collision a few nights ago and had to be flown to a pediatric trauma center where he had his femur surgically repaired.
Paramedic Jeff Steinkamp (left) and EMT Josh Huggins (right) were on the first Ambulance to the scene, Bentley’s clothing was cut off during their assessment and his back pack (still on when contact was made) got dirty. Bentley wasn’t the biggest fan of losing his clothing, and that backpack seemed pretty important to him!
Bentley was a trooper, but Jeff & Josh felt they should do something for him.
They got together some clothing including a brand-new warm jacket since his got destroyed… got him a new lighting McQueen back pack, a few toys, and made a visit to his home!
Very proud of these two and very proud of Bentley for being so tough! Get well soon Bentley, enjoy the Monster trucks and new clothing… and thank you Jeff & Josh for going above and beyond!
