According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol an injury collision occurred July 16, 2019 at approximately 8:35pm on State Highway 144 and Indian Trial in LeFlore County.

 

According to the report, a 2017 Dodge Journey, driven by Christopher Leitka 49, from Okmulgee, was southbound on county road Old Indian Highway and a 2006 Pontiac 4Dr, driven by Stacy Toon, 26, from Lane, OK was eastbound on State Highway 144 when Leitka failed to stop at the stop sign and struck the Pontiac.

 

Leitka was transported by Antlers EMS to Choctaw Nation Indian Hospital in Talihina, OK for arms and trunk internal injuries. His passenger Jenna Leitka, 46, from Tahlequah was transported by Antler EMS to Choctaw Nation Indian Hospital in Talihina for trunk internal injuries.

Yvniyv Lowe Murray, 18 from Tahlequah, was transported by Eagle Med to Paris Regional Medical Center in Paris, Tx for trunk internal injuries.

 

The driver of the Pontiac, Stacy Toon, was transported by Antlers EMS to Choctaw Nation Indian Hospital in Talihina with arm and leg injuries. He was pinned in his vehicle for approximately 1 hour before being extricated by Octavia Fire Department using Hurst equipment.
