According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, a personal injury collision occurred Dec 14, 2023 at approximately 8:55pm on Lock and Dam Road, approximately 2.1 miles east of Spiro, OK in LeFlore County.
According to the OHP report, a 2015 black Toyota Tacoma, driven by Devin Goswick, 29, from Pocola, was southbound on Lock and Dam Road at a high rate of speed, when he departed the roadway to the right before hitting a dirt driveway and flipped an undetermined number of times, ejecting Goswick before coming to rest.
Goswick was transported to Baptist Hospital in Fort Smith, AR by LeFlore County EMS.
The accident was investigated by OHP, Leflore County Sheriff’s Office, and Leflore County EMS.
