Poteau Public Schools 7th & 8th Grade Center has announced the Students of the Month for November. They are 7th graders Tenley Reece and Creighton Clark and 8th graders Kylie Goforth and James Jones.
Tenley is the daughter of Brandon and Patti Reece. Her electives are Girls Athletics and Leadership. Tenley likes “school because I get to see my friends and learn something new every day.” She is a member of Gifted & Talented, Student Council, NJHS, Cheerleading, and FCCLA.
Creighton is the son of Karna Clay and Jonathan Clark. His electives are Athletics and Tech Ed. Creighton likes “school because all my friends are here and it gives me something to do during the day.” He is a member of Gifted & Talented, Academic Team, and Student Council.
Kylie is the daughter of Cassie Goforth. Her electives are Robotics and FACS. Kylie likes “school because it has wonderful teachers and a lot of help and activities.”
James is the son of Jennifer Elder. His electives are Intro to Ag, FACS, and Robotics. James likes “school because it’s a place to learn new opportunities and things.” He is a member of FCCLA.
