The following students were selected by their teachers as the Students of the Month for January 2023:
7th Grade—Avery Cruse and Brody Wood
8th Grade—Gracyn Lum and Trey Baker
Avery Cruse is the daughter of Nikki and Josh Cruse. Her electives are track, cross country, choir, FACS, and art. Avery likes school because “I get to see my friends”. She is a member of Gifted & Talented and NJHS.
Brody Wood is the son of Cindy and Cory Wood. His electives are athletics, tech ed, and art. Brody likes school because “I get to see my friends”. He is a member of FCCLA.
Gracyn Lum is the daughter of Jeff and Ashley Lum. Her electives are FACS, library worker, and choir. Gracyn likes school because “I get to see my friends and I get to learn new things”. She is a member of NJHS and Library Staff.
Trey Baker is the son of Sara and Johnny Baker. His electives are FFA, PE, and STEM. Trey likes school because “I like to go to ag class”.
