Congratulations to the 2024 Youth Garden Grant Winners!
Since 1982, the Youth Garden Grant has supported school and youth educational garden projects that enhance the quality of life for youth and their communities. The following Oklahoma organizations will be awarded $500 in funding and a collection of gardening supplies for their youth garden program.
- Poteau Upper Elementary School (Poteau, OK)
- Wesley Chapel (Tulsa, OK)
The Oklahoma Farm to School Program enriches the connection communities have with fresh, healthy food and local food producers by changing food purchasing and education practices at schools and early care and education sites.
