Poteau Women’s League Makes Multiple Donations to Local Non-Profits

The Poteau Women’s League presented checks to several local non-profit organizations today. On hand to receive the donations for their organizations were:

CASA (Court Appointed Support Advocate), all of the Poteau Schools, Patrick Lynch Public Library, LeFlore County Historical Society, Poteau High School Choir, LeFlore County Youth Services, LeFlore County Women’s Crisis Center, Poteau Valley Humane Society.

The donations were made possible through the Poteau Women’s League’s annual fund-raiser. Their Holiday Market held each year allows local vendors to showcases their wares and provides an inexpensive venue for shoppers who prefer to buy from their local friends and neighbors. This fund-raiser has been providing donations to the community for over a decade.
