800,000 Oklahomans lack access to an affordable, a reliable high-speed internet connection. This connection is critical for participation in education, health, and economic opportunities in the digital world.
The Oklahoma Broadband Office (OBO) is hosting a statewide broadband listening tour to hear directly from communities about community challenges. The “Let’s Get Digital: Oklahoma Broadband Tour” will visit 16 communities across the state to gather public input on their internet needs. This input will be used to develop a statewide plan to better connect everyone.
These listening tour stops are open to all – we want to hear from local residents, community leaders, nonprofit and faith-based organizations, tribal leaders, local businesses, educators, healthcare professionals, and more about the connectivity needs of your community.
