“Oh my Gosh, I’ve never been so excited in my life!” said Claudia L. “I couldn’t believe it. I could not believe it, and I’m still shaking.”
Claudia L. is a retired educator who worked as a librarian and teacher for 34 years in the Pottsville, Ark. school district. She and her husband are frequent visitors at Choctaw Casino & Resort – Pocola, with Claudia L. saying it’s her favorite casino to play at.
“Winning $100,000 is a life-changing experience, and we’re thrilled to give our guests that opportunity,” said Britta Erickson, regional marketing director for Choctaw Casino & Resort – Pocola. “This is the second of three winners this summer, and we’re excited to change one more life in August when we announce the final winner.”
The first $100,000 winner was James T. from Fort Smith, Ark.
“Choctaw Pocola is my favorite place to play because it’s close to home,” said James. “The food is great here, and I am excited I won.”
There’s one more chance to win $100,000 on August 30. Guests can earn entries by playing with their rewards card for $10,000 drawings held every two hours from 7 p.m. – 1 a.m. every Saturday in August. Guests can also play table games on Sundays for additional chances to win $10,000.
