OKWNEWS co-owner Donna Deaton had the opportunity to have a conversational interview with Skeeter Thee Clown earlier today. Deaton and Poteau Chamber of Commerce Administration Assistant Sara Powell accompanied Skeeter to performances at Millennium Child Development Center and Boys and Girls Clubs of LeFlore County (BGCLC).

Skeeter sang songs with the children at Millennium and performed magic tricks for both groups. At the BGCLC, Club Members Madi and Kannon got a lesson in balancing Macaroni, the world’s only performing peacock feather. Check out their skills in the video on the Oklahoma Welcome Facebook page.

Skeeter also left a coloring page with each group so the children can color their pages and enter the coloring contest on Circus Day. Because the circus performances originally scheduled for March 21 & 22 are being rescheduled until next fall, the children’s coloring contest will also be rescheduled for the new dates as well.

Check out the Oklahoma Welcome Facebook page for additional photos and video of Madi & Kannon balancing Macaroni. Be watching for the interview with Skeeter Thee Clown.
