$1,000 reward offered in weekend Langston shooting Featured

According to a press release the  Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, they are offering a reward up to $1,000 for any information that leads the arrest of the person(s) responsible for killing 19-year-old Brandon DuPree on Saturday night (Oct 20, 2018) at a party just off the Langston University campus.


It was Late Saturday evening, when OSBI assistance was requested by Langston police department with a shooting that occurred at a party The Langston Center.


Dupree had sustained a gunshot wound to the chest and was airlifted to Oklahoma City and succumbed to the injury enroute.


DuPree was not a Langston student but came to the party with friends. The investigation is ongoing and OSBI is asking the public for any assistance in solving this investigation.


Agents have determined that approximately 150 party-goers attended the party, which took place off the Langston campus.

 

During the 6 hours Agents were on scene, none of the party-goers came forward with any useful information.


Agents are working to identify potential witnesses from the party attendance roster as well as video surveillance.


Agents are making a special plea to anyone who recorded or received video footage of the incident on a cell phone.
