New Public Affairs Program To Feature Lawmakers and Newsmakers
Fort Smith/Fayetteville/Springdale/Rogers, AR (November 8, 2021) – On Sunday at 10:30 a.m., 40/29 (KHBS/KHOG) will premiere “40/29 News On The Record”, a weekly half-hour public affairs program.
Every Sunday “40/29 News On The Record” will feature in-depth interviews with Arkansas and Oklahoma lawmakers and local newsmakers.
“In-depth, unbiased reporting is the cornerstone of 40/29 News, and “40/29 News On The Record” will provide important information for our viewers to learn more about political candidates and current affairs”, said 40/29 President and General Manager, Bruce Barkley.
“40/29 News On The Record”, hosted by 40/29 News Sunrise anchor Yuna Lee, joins a Sunday morning line-up featuring “This Week, with George Stephanopoulos” at 9:00 a.m. and “Matter Of Fact, with Soledad O’Brien” at 10:00 a.m.
“40/29 News On The Record” may also be watched each Sunday morning at 5:30 a.m. on 40/29.
