Murder in the First-Degree arrest warrant issued for man who provided methamphetamine to a female who died from an overdose.

According to a press release from the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, on Friday, May 25, 2018, a Carter County arrest warrant was issued for 36-year-old Howard Timken Jr. for one count of Murder in the First Degree.

According to the release, in May of 2017, Timken sold methamphetamine and heroin to 33-year-old Kimberly Ford.

Somewhere between Milo and Fox, Oklahoma Ford injected the drugs into herself.

Ford complained of not feeling very well and she was taken to Mercy Hospital in Ardmore, Oklahoma where she died.

The Oklahoma Medical Examiner’s Office determined Ford’s cause of death was methamphetamine toxicity.

Timken was already in custody at the Stephens County Jail for an unrelated charge.

Timken will be moved to the Carter County Jail and will be held on a one-million-dollar bond.
