According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, a Chelsea man was injured in an automobile accident that occurred on January 24, 2019 at approximately 2 am on EW360, 1/10th of a mile west of State Highway 28, approximately 1 mile south of Chelsea, OK in Rogers County.
The accident occurred when a 2002 Buick, driven by Robert Parks, 83 of Chelsea was traveling eastbound on EW360, for unknown reason departed roadway to the right, overturned approximately ½ times before landing on its top in a creek.
Parks was transported by Pafford to St Francis Hospital in Tulsa, OK with head and arm injuries and was admitted in stable condition.
