On Wednesday, April 13th, 2022, Agents with the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics (OBN) served a Search Warrant at a dispensary located at 6308 E. Reno, Midwest City, Oklahoma tied to an investigation into illegal marijuana sales. OBN Spokesman Mark Woodward says the dispensary was being used as a front for criminal activity.
“It appears they were using this location to grow, package and transport marijuana to the illegal market. Our investigators traced large loads of marijuana from this location trafficked into Kansas, Nebraska, Texas, Illinois and Georgia.” —OBN Spokesman Mark Woodward
During the execution of the Search Warrant, Agents seized several hundred pounds of processed marijuana, more than 300 cultivated plants, cash, and at least one stolen firearm. Agents also found a pound of cocaine locked inside a safe. GRAIL PENDARVIS, DOB 12/25/1971 has been arrested and booked into the Oklahoma County Jail. More arrests are expected as the investigation continues.
