Durant man injured in one vehicle accident in Bryan County Featured

According to a press release from the Oklahoma Highway Patrol an injury automobile accident occurred on Oct 21, 2017 at approximately 9:30 pm on Old Highway 70, one mile east of Durant Old Hwy 70 in Bryan County.


According to the release, a 1988 Chevrolet pickup driven by Johnny Dosh III 40 of Durant, was eastbound on Old Hwy 70, failed to negotiate a curve and ran off the left side of the roadway striking a tree.

Dosh was pinned for approximately 10 minutes before being freed by Durant Fire Department.

He was transported by Air Evac to Medical Center of Plano in Plano, TX with head, trunk-internal, trunk-external, arm and leg injuries and was listed in serious condition.
