According to a report from the Oklahoma Highway Patrol a fatality collision occurred October 25, 2021, at approximately 9:10 pm on United States Highway 69, approximately 4.4 miles north of Stringtown in Atoka County.
According to the report, a 2021 Freightliner, driven by Adelbert Bellinger, 62, from Red Oak, Texas was Pronounced dead at the scene with head and arm injuries.
Medical Examiner Leroy Johnson responded to the scene.
Bellinger was transported to Medical Examiner’s office in Oklahoma City, OK by Brown’s Funeral Home.
