According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, a fatality collision occurred on March 17, 2019 at approximately 12:44 am on State Highway 71, about 0.9 miles north of a county road at Eufaula Dam and approximately 5 miles North of Enterprise, in Haskell County.
According to the report, a 1996 Dodge ram driven by Oran Brown 61, of Porum was going around a right-hand curve and lost control of his vehicle and ran off the road, striking a rock embankment.
Brown died from injury his injury he sustained.
The accident is still under investigation by the OHP.
