According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, a fatality accident occurred on July 23, 2019 at approximately 6:37pm on United State Highway 69 near Exit 106 northbound, approximately .3 west of Crowder, Ok. in Pittsburg County.
According to the report, a 2012 Mini Cooper driven by Jarred Polansky 45, of Longtown and 2019 Chevy Pick-up driven by William Gist 59, of Quinton were both traveling northbound on US69 and the Mini Cooper was approaching the pick-up at a high rate of speed and the Mini Cooper struck the pick-up in the rear.
The Mini Cooper rolled two times coming to rest on its wheels and Polansky was ejected approximately 30 feet.
Polansky expired at the scene from multiple injuries.
