According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, Fatality incident occurred July 31, 2021 at approximately 7:45pm at 1125 RD and N 4620 RD, approximately 4 miles south of Sallisaw, OK in Sequoyah County.
According to the report, 2005 Honda ATV, driven by Bill Wallace Horton 76, of Sallisaw, OK was backing out at an angle on a slope with a sprayer tank attached to the ATV. Horton attempted to turn and the weight of the sprayer tank caused ATV to roll ¾ time landing on him.
Horton expired at the scene from massive injuries.
The accident was investigated by OHP .
