OKLAHOMA CITY -- A man who walked away over the weekend from Jackie Brannon Correctional Center in McAlester was arrested Monday.
ODOC Fugitive Apprehension and Investigations agents tracked Morgan L. Mitzner to a stretch of train tracks south of Crowder near U.S. 69.
Mitzner walked away early Sunday morning from JBCC, a minimum-security prison for men.
He was serving a 30-year sentence for second-degree burglary in Delaware County.
