According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol a McCurtain woman was injured in a roll-over accident that occurred on June 25, at approximately 6:58 am on State Highway 26, approximately 2 miles north of McCurtain, Oklahoma in Haskell County.
According to the report, Alisha Shimp, 25, of McCurtain 1 was driving a 2011 Ford Edge Northbound on SH26 when she left the roadway to the right, the vehicle rolled 1.25 times before coming to a rest.
Shimp was transported by Haskell County to Mercy Hospital in Ft. Smith with head and internal trunk injuries, admitted in stable condition.
The accident was investigated by OHP.
