According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol a injury collision accident occurred on June 7, 2019 at approximately 1027am on State Highway 43 and State Highway 2, 4.2 miles north of Clayton, OK in Pushmataha County.

According to the report, a 1999 Ford truck driven by Darla Sisk 52, of Talihina, was south bound on State Highway 2 and a 2013 Chevy Cruze driven by Billy Morrow 79, of Haileyville was east bound on State Highway 43 and failed to yield at a stop sign and was struck by Ford truck.

Sisk was transported by Antlers EMS to Choctaw Nation Indian Hospital in Talihina, OK with internal trunk and leg injuries. Admitted in good condition.

 

a 10-year-old passenger and a 4-year-old passenger with Sisk were both transported by Antlers EMS to Choctaw Nation Indian Hospital in Talihina.

 

Morrow was transported by LeFlore County EMS to McAlester Regional Hospital with internal trunk injuries.

He was pinned in his vehicle for approximately 30 minutes and extricated by Clayton Fire Department using hurst equipment.

 

His passenger, Gwendolyn Morrow 78, of Haileyville was transported by Air E-Vac to Medical City of Plano in Plano, TX with internal trunk injuries. Admitted in guarded condition.

 

The accident was investigated by OHP, Pushmataha County Sheriff’s Office, Clayton Fire Department, Antlers EMS, LeFlore County EMS, and Air E-Vac.
