“OBN’s Human Trafficking Agents began their investigation and uncovered evidence that Ashleigh Blanton had negotiated with Antron Monroe to sell him explicit images of an 8-year-old in her care. Blanton had also discussed prices for physical sexual interaction with this child at a location in the Oklahoma City area.” —-Mark Woodward, OBN Spokesman
On the evening of June 3, 2025, OBN Agents located Blanton and the child traveling in a vehicle near the Ardmore area. Blanton was arrested and transported to the Oklahoma County Detention Facility where she faces a variety of charges including Child Exploitation and Transporting a Person for Prostitution. The child was placed into protective custody with the Department of Human Services.
On June 6, 2025, OBN Human Trafficking Agents obtained an Arrest Warrant for Antron Monroe in Oklahoma County for Child Sexual Exploitation and Using Access to Computers to Violate Oklahoma Statutes. Monroe is currently being held in the Carter County Jail on a $1 million dollar bond.
