OBN Agents this week presented First-Degree Murder charges in Major County as part of an investigation into a 2023 fentanyl overdose death. Based on evidence from the OBN investigation, Donald Lawrence Dutcher has been charged for selling fentanyl pills resulting in the February, 2023 overdose death of Mandelyn Rachelle Hibbitt in Fairview, Oklahoma. Dutcher is currently in the custody of the Oklahoma Department of Corrections for fentanyl trafficking.
