Jess Dunn Correctional Center Walkaway
OKLAHOMA CITY -- Mark Riffey walked away Tuesday from Jess Dunn Correctional Center in Taft, Oklahoma.
Riffey is American Indian, about 5-feet 9-inches tall and weighs approximately 185 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes.
When Riffey walked away, he was serving time for kidnapping, rape, child abuse, and assault and battery on a police officer convictions out of Sequoyah County.
Riffey should be considered extremely dangerous, and has a history of violence against women and children. His immediate family in Oklahoma is believed to be assisting him.
