OKLAHOMA CITY — Ryland Miller is a parole violator missing since June 8 from the Southwest District of Probation and Parole Services.
Miller is described as white, about 6 feet tall, and weighing about 169 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes.
When he walked away, he was serving time for trafficking in illegal drugs and distribution of controlled dangerous substance convictions out of Stephens County.
