OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. – The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) has arrested 28-year-old Joseph Rogers after an investigation by the Bureau’s Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) unit. The OSBI investigation was initiated in January 2020 after a Virginia ICAC unit forwarded images that were tracked to the Jones, Okla., area. It was determined the images were of a 14-month-old child and were taken in November 2018.
Rogers is facing multiple charges including Possession, Distribution and Manufacturing of Child Pornography, Child Abuse and Computer Crimes Act violations.
He was booked into the Oklahoma County Jail on a $355,000 bond.
