On November 14, 2018, the OSBI Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Unit received a cybertip regarding a man, identified as Dale Morgan, W/M, DOB: 12-11-79, engaging in online messaging with a 15 year old.
The content of the messages was lewd and sexually explicit and requested the 15 year old meet Morgan for sexual intercourse.
The OSBI ICAC Unit investigated and on November 16, 2018, with the assistance of Wagoner Police Department, Morgan was apprehended and arrested while hiding at a friend’s home.
Morgan was booked into the Wagoner County Jail under one count of Lewd or Indecent Acts/Proposals to a Child and his bond was set at $100,000.
