On January 1, 2019, the Idabel Police requested Oklahoma State Bunreau of Investigation for assistance with a death investigation.
It was reported David Duncan had been killed and his body hidden.
OSBI investigated the incident and identified Gary Dixon (DOB: 10/10/91) as the person responsible for Dixon’s death.
On January 7, 2019, the Idabel Special Emergency Response Team arrested Dixon at the Country Place Apartments.
Dixon was placed in the McCurtain County Jail.
