According to a press release from the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, the OSBI has increased the reward to $10,000.00 for information about the August 2016, murders of two women.
Totinika Elix, 24, and Emily Morgan, 23, were shot and killed inside Morgan’s car parked outside a home in Bache, Oklahoma.
OSBI special agents have conducted numerous interviews, collected evidence, and served several search warrants in an effort to solve these horrific crimes.
The OSBI hopes a sizeable reward will encourage someone with information to come forward.
